2. No rental provider
MarSoleil:
- Does not own or rent out vehicles
- Is not a party to rental agreements
- Does not process bookings directly
All bookings are handled by Sunny Cars.
3. Bookings and payments
When making a booking:
- You enter into an agreement with Sunny Cars
- Sunny Cars’ terms and conditions apply
- Payments are processed by Sunny Cars
4. Liability
MarSoleil is not liable for:
- The execution of rental agreements
- Any damages or disputes
- Incorrect or outdated information
We aim to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy.
